ia ma using vivado 2017.3 and zcu102. i want to reconfigure the pl using the petalinux 4.9 throuth the fpga manager. but when i am using the command : " echo 0 > /sys/class/fpga_manager/fpga0/flags", i get : " No such directory" . it means it is not installet the fpga manger ? i check the drivers and everything is ok? any recommandtion to enable th fpga_manager?
