UltraZed IOCC SD Card RO

I am working on booting the UltraZed from the SD Card of the IOCC. I have successfully built and booted linux with a custom filesystem, however I am unable to get the SD Card to mount as RW. Even using the default image that ships with the board, I am unable to mount an SD Card as RW. I have moved the SD_WP_N Jumper to both positions without any luck. 

The device tree bindings I am using are the same as provided by Avnet: Github Link

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

    I have been able to mount both FAT and EXT4 file systems, however they only mount in Read-Only mode. Here are the steps I have attempted:

    1.   Boot OOB Image from Flash Memory with SD Card formatted as FAT/ext4)
    2.   Login Root
    3.   mount /dev/mmcblk1p1 /media
    4.   cd /media
    5.   mkdir test --> mkdir: can't create directory 'test': Read-only file system
    I've tried multiple variations of this with FAT and EXT4 file systems, both resulting in the same issue.
