picoZed boot from qspi

The default Pulsar Linux image (uImage) on the SD card that came with our picoZed board (FMC Carrier card v2) does not has the "flashcp" utility.  So we can not write to the QSPI flash from Linux.  Is there a Linux image with flashcp that we can download?

It seems that we might have to use JTAG to write BOOT.bin to the QSPI flash. Does Avnet has a BOOT.mcs file for download?

In addition, the instructions from the tutorials specify that some on-board jumpers must be set.  But the jumpers don't seem to match those on our board. Are they for v1 or v2?

I want to be careful since the on-board QSPI flash came with a bootloader.  It does not work well, but I  want to preserve it unless we have something better.
