I work with zedboard using palnahead 14.2 ,I received the following :

(WARNING:PhysDesignRules:367 - The signal <RX_TRANS_IBUF> is incomplete. The signal does not drive any load pins in the design.).

Where the (RX_TRANS) is the input to my system

if there is any suggestion could help me,

If you have not used a signal, synthesis will trim it (remove it). The warning means you failed to connect something. Look to see if you have miss-spelled the name, or changed the name in some way. For example, the signal at the pin, goes to a IBUF primitive, and has a different name at the output.
