Is this BSP compatible with the Ultra96 V2?
Hi Christopher,
The Ultra96 V1 and V2 will require different BSPs. So no, it is not compatible. This is due mainly because of the DDR memory change and the Wifi module change.

Thanks for the quick reply.
Is there a Ultra96-V2 BSP available anywhere?
Hi Chrisopher,
Not at this time, we are currently in the process of putting it together.
I would expect it to be ready sometime in the next 3 weeks.

Has there been any progress in this regard? I can't seem to find a link to a Ultra96-V2 BSP.
We are working on a 2018.3 BSP for Ultra96-V2. Hoping to have an update later this week.

Any update on the BSP for Ultra96 V2?
Any update on the BSP for Ultra96 V2?
Hi,
We are currently in testing with the 2018.2 BSP release. I will respond back when I know more.
Thanks,
Josh
Any update on this? Where can I get the bsp when it is released?
Hi,
We are still working on it. When it is available you will be able to find it here.
-Josh
Josh,
Can you give me an estimate of when the bsp will be available? It is starting to impact my schedule.
Hi,
Unfortunately any answer I give you would be my best guess. I would assume sometime in the next 3 weeks an image will be available however I cannot promise that. We are currently working through a wi-fi driver issue. Once we get this issue figured out it will be posted shorty.
-Josh
If you grab that 2018.2 BSP, unzip and untar it you can see how to create a new BSP from scratch. I created a bare-bones one from scratch which booted then I looked at the README in the BSP and modified the yocto files as listed. This still will not get your wifi working! I'm still trying to figure this out, but the PYNQ V2 image has wifi support and it looks like there are recipes there to add the kernel driver and other things needed so I'm working my way through that.
