Hi,
ON/OFF CONTROLLER"SLG4G42480V" is on board.
I have searched Its datasheet through web, but I cannot find it.
So, please tell me where the datasheet is.
And it seems difficutl to buy.
Can it be replaced with other parts?
best regards, thank you

All you need to do is Google the part number, 9th hit (to the Ultra 96 documents page) gets you there.
It's a part made by Dialog Semiconductor but a search on their website does not find it !
The data sheet is dreadful - actually beyond dreadful.
This is the complete general description:
Dialog SLG4G42480 is a low power and small form
device. The SoC is housed in a 2mm x 2.2mm
STQFN package which is optimal for using with
small devices.
I suggest you don't use it if you are starting a new design. if you need a spare then you'll need to contact Dialog or look on the grey market.
I think it's a pre-programmed part originally made by Silego and marketed under the Generic name of GreenPAK. Dialog bought Silego but don't seem to making a good job of running it. If you search for GrrenPAK on Dialog's website you'll get further. Farnell list many parts but don't have any stock.
Good luck.
