Hello, What image are you using? Try reflashing your SD Card with a new image. Thanks, Josh

That's very good advice jafoste4 ! We've seen a lot of cases were SD Cards spontaneously fail, especially the standard retail ones that you might buy at your local stores. That's why we recommend the industrial-grade Delkin Utility cards.

It would also be very informative to put the board in JTAG mode and make sure you can still communicate with Vivado Hardware Manager to the SoC, try downloading a bitstream and application using Vitis.

Thanks for your advice, but I should specify the situation that my last SD card accidentally cracked in the board, so it's unlikely a image situation, and i'm wondering how could i distinguish that if it's because my new card doesn't support or the SD card part of the board is also damaged. Anyway, I'm grateful for your advice of the JTAG mode, but my application needs to use the  Jupyter Notebook and the python framework.
