Ultra96 FPGA board stopped working after few minutes - LEDs only flashing

Long time ago, I guess it was around 2020, I bought a Ultra96 board.
I played around a bit and then it was stored in good conditions.
Yesterday I tried to start a new project and it worked but suddenly I the board was of. As I tried to start it again I realized that all LEDs are blinking at the same time for a second and then the board don't start. Do you know something about this issue.

I would be very sad, if the board is broken :(

Hi, not sure from the video what position the boot dip switches are in. I also see you have the optional JTAG adapter connected along with an SD card, not sure which boot method you are attempting.

On page 12 the switches as shown are set to boot from the SD card:

If that doesn't fix your issue, not really sure what else it could be.

I tried every mode its the same issue. I tried also to boot or start the board without the JTAG adapter.
I guess its a hardware issue. The interesting thing would be, where the flashing of leds is coming from.
