I'd like to know where I can find the BSP for UltraZed-EV for using with Petalinux-2019.2, please?

Hi clem57,

Doing as you suggested, I could find the latest BSP of UltraZed-EV board which is 2019.1 : http://zedboard.org/support/design/25481/161

Also, another discussion thread led me to the following repo : https://github.com/Avnet/petalinux

There's apparently scripts for building the BSP within that repo but there's not official TAG for uz7ev/2019.2 yet.

In general, the scripts should work even if not specific to the release. But if the release changes something, they may fail. I suggest to create an issue on the GitHub for Avnet to either resolve or confirm using older scripts if you wish to may sure.

HI there,

I can tell you that we are working on the 2019.2 BSP. We have some hiccups and are working through them now. I would expect that the BSP is released at the end of this month or earlier.
All packaged files would be released to the product page UltraZed-EV under reference designs

If you want the source / build scripts, you are right that they are loaded up on Github, and as you inferred, there will be a tag.

I can also say that the scripting does work across the versions - generally speaking. However, we are also integrating Vitis support and this is hanging us up. If you are not planning to use Vitis, I do believe that as clem57 suggested, the scripting will work, but i cannot be certain as we were integrating the Vitis support and did not note anything for just a version switch.

Hi Dan, is there any update on when the 2019.2 BSP will be available? I am getting started working with an Ultrazed for a project with somewhat fast turn around and the updated BSP would be helpful, as we are using Vitis and the 2019.2 tools. Thanks.

Hi all,

Another quick update. The files are being uploaded as I type this. I would expect everything to be released in the next day or two (depending on back end "Stuff").

We have a 2019.2 BSP, Vitis AI enabled Platform, and an example Pre-Built Vitis Application for:
UltraZed-EV
UltraZed-EG PCIeCC
UltraZed-EG IOCC
Ultra96V2

I'll try to do a consolidated post like I did for the 2019.1 release, but feel free to monitor / follow the product pages!
