UltraZed SOM Board Stacking Height

Does anyone know where I can find the specification for the board stacking height between the UltraZed SOM and the Carrier Card (IOCC or PCIe)?

 

I can't see anything in the SOM User Guide V1, Designers Guide V1.1 or the mechanical PDF.

Also, is what is the internal diameter of the 4 mounting holes provided on the SOM. Can't find the info anywhere.

    Could you specify what your looking for? Are you looking for the total stack height along? If so do you want the information with the provided heat sink? Or are you looking for the distance between the two PCBs (distance between SOM and Carrier Card when it is installed? I will check on the mounting hole diameter size.
