Hi,
I have designed a custom carrier card for UltraZed EV SOM( AES-ZU7EV-1-SOM-I-G).In my custom Carrier card, I have retained power section comprising of Infineon devices
same as in Carrier card Evaluation board .
For programming Infineon PMICs. I have received three column configuration files for all the Infineon ICs from Avnet Local FAE.
Also, we have an Evaluation board comprising of AES-ZU7EV-1-SOM-I-G along with Carrier Card with us which is being used for initial prototyping.
We are finding that there is a mismatch at few places in the three column configuration files received from AVNET FAE and the files which we have saved by using PMBUS USB005
dongle and PowIRCenter GUI from the existing Eval board carrier card for Infineon ICs IRPS5401 (I2C Addresses:0x19,0x1A). Also, the CRC32 checksum is not matching.
However, the configuration files for Manhattan devices IR38063 on carrier card are identical.
Is there any version issue related to Infineon PMIC(schematic:U21 and U22 ,I2C Addresses:0x19,0x1A) between AVNET supplied file and file obtained from carrier card evaluation board?
Pl suggest, which configuration files should be used for custom carrier card. Otherwise, pl send latest three column files for these two IRPS5401 PMICs.
I am attaching one pair of files for reference.
Meanwhile we are trying to understand the differences between those files and their significance.
