ISE 14.3 WebPACK: Still problems with XPS license

Hello again,

after the disaster with ISE 14.1 WebPACK some months ago I decided to wait. Now I have installed ISE 14.3 WebPACK (which lasts again hours...) and still the same problem with the missing XPS license. Why isn't it possible to deliver working software? Meanwhile I spent many days, starting with 14.1 and now 14.3, without any success. That's not only frustrating (I have had always a lot of problems with Xilinx software in the past years), that costs me a lot of money, every hour.
So how can I get WebPACK ultimately working?

I experienced the same thing in ISE 14.3. The answer for 14.1 still seems to apply. When I click out of the license error, I can continue to use XPS as though the error didn't ever occur. It's terribly annoying, but it works for me as long as I target the zedboard.

If you reuse a WebPack license you got before, you should get new one.

New license line includes like below.

COMPONENTS="WebPACK
PlanAhead xps_tdp XC7Z020 V_WebPACK XC7Z010 XC7Z030"

... and I started out with the Zynq license at 14.3. Then again, this is really the least of my problems, though. Every new step means a new problem....
I am not amused.
