Hi all,
is there an easy way to configure the FPGA part of Zynq using ISE and without booting the ARM?
Using Vivado is possible but I need to use ISE.

You can load the FPGA bitstream in SDK by going to the tool bar and using 'Xilinx Tools' > 'Program FPGA' or you can program the bitstream directly using the IMPACT tool.

Go Start Menu > All Programs > Xilinx Design Tools > ISE Design Suite 14.x > ISE Design Tools > 64-bit tools (or 32-bit tools) > IMPACT.
