Zedboard webcam

Hello,

I want to connect my webcam with zedboard to process the image into the FPGA.
I saw a word document that explains how to connect the webcam using the OTG input(link below) , but I do not know how he did it.
Is that you can tell me, and if you have any idea how to do this?
