install V14.3 cable driver

Hello,
I am trying to install V14.3. When installing cable driver it says I do not have administrator privileges and fails. (I believe I am an admin on this laptop)

I then found there is a "install_drivers.exe" at "C:Xilinx14.3ISE_DScommonbin
t" and I run it but I still can not talk to ZB.

Any ideas?

    Do you have the board plugged in while installing?  Or any other Xilinx cable?  Make sure they are all unplugged.

     

    We have seen issues with various firewall/encryption software.  Make sure you are Run As adiministrator.

     

    Are you using a supported O/S?

     

    If all that checks out and you still have a problem, I suggest you open a case with Xilinx support since this is specific to the Xilinx tool installation.
