problem with terminal

I made hello world on zed with vivado 2013.4 on a computer. It was ok with internal sdk terminal, also with console through sdk, also with external terminal (tera term)
I tried it again on another pc were vivado was installed.
And impossible to view hello world on terminal!
another machine: the same problem.
Antoher again, it is ok!
I don't understand.
Today,
I tried with vivado 2014.2 : same problem nothing appear on terminal.
I dont understand anything at all.
Can someone help me?

If you are referring to an external terminal (tera term) you might check to make sure that the Cypress USB-UART software driver is installed on the PC that is having the problem and that the driver 'persist' mode is set per the ZedBoard Getting Started Guide or the Cypress USB-UART Setup Guide located here: http://zedboard.org/support/documentation/1521

drivers are ok. I verified. that's why it is a mystery!
in every cases i followed the avnet tutorial lab2.
on some machine it is ok, on others, nothing appear on terminal! What happens?

you MUST use vivado or SDK as administrator.
