Hi
I am using Zynq Z-7020 board

I am doing UG873 (v14.2) Zynq AP SoC CTT with planAhead 14.5.

(In chapter 6)
When I click "generate Bitstream" it shows

--> [NgdBuild 1317] Using core chipscope_ila_v1 requires a ChipScopePro license. The following blocks are instances of core chipscope_ila_v1:

--> [NgdBuild 1316] A problem was encountered attempting to get the ChipScopePro license.

I found this topic on web, and I tried it, but it shows same errors

Can someone help me to solve this problem?

Is this ZedBoard? If so, did you use the license voucher provided to generate a Chipscope-enabled license? Which version of ISE 14.2 did you install? WebPACK version will not work.

I had to contact this guy: "david.zaffiro@avnet.com" and get a new license for Chipscope pro.

The following is from one of the posts in the link you provided:

"If you were one of those that received the first shipped kits without the included license vouchers --

For Avnet, non-academic customers, please contact david.zaffiro@avnet.com. He will provide you with a redeemable voucher number via email.

For Digilent, academic customers, please contact support@digilentinc.com

We were able to intercept the next group of boards, and those will have vouchers included, but it will be outside the ZedBoard box (within the outer box). After that, the voucher will be included inside the ZedBoard box itself.

The current shipments of ZedBoard are shipping with a 7020-device-locked license voucher for Vivado Design Edition, not ISE + ChipScope. This is likely why it did not work.

Vivado Design Edition includes the Vivado Logic Analyzer, which is the equivalent of ChipScope. We have a Vivado 2013.2 CTT posted, so we recommend new users go that direction.
