Simulation license missing Vivado 2013.2

Hi guys, I cannot simulate my design in Vivado 2013.2. When trying to start simulation -> run behavioural simulation, I get the error message:

"[Simtcl 6-50] Simulation engine failed to start: A valid license was not found for simulation. Please run the Xilinx License Configuration Manager for assistance in determining which features and devices are licensed for your system.
Please see the Tcl Console or the Messages for details.
"

Is the WebPACK license with the Zedboard supposed cover simulation? Is it possible that I installed the wrong version of Vivado?(WebPACK, Design Edition, System Edition)

The Vivado simulator is included even with WebPACK. See http://www.xilinx.com/products/design_tools/vivado/vivado-webpack.htm. Are you sure you have a Vivado license? Or is it ISE?

The current ZedBoard ships with a 7020 device-locked license voucher for Vivado Design Edition, which also has the simulator.

Thanks for the reply fletch.

I downloaded a new license for Vivado WebPACK(free), which solved the problem. In edition to the ZEDWEBPACK, I now also have V_WebPACK and Vivado_WebPACK in my "Xilinx License COnfiguration Manager".
