Vivado and ISE voucher

Hello,

I wanted to activate the Xilinx software with the enclosed voucher. Before redeeming it, I remarked it is for the ISE Webpack, but intended to start right with Vivado.

Is there a possiblity to update this voucher for the current Vivado software or will the ISE voucher work with Vivado?

I have not yet used it to not obstruct any options.

Which kit do you have? How long ago did you receive your kit and from whom did you purchase it? Avnet hasn't been shipping ISE vouchers since last summer, from what I understand from our production people.

At one time, the ISE voucher would let you register under Vivado, so you could try it. If it doesn't work, you could contact one of the emails for Xilinx licensing listed in this topic:

If you are working with Avnet/Silica, you can also request help through your FAE.

Hello Bryan,
thanks for your answer. I purchased the ZedBoard (Academic) from http://www.trenz-electronic.de about a year ago. So this was the only voucher available back then, as I understand it from your reply.
I'll try if the generated license works with Vivado and report here.

The old ISE voucher does generate a combined license for both, the ISE Chipscope and the new Vivado Analyzer. I should have just tried it.
