XAPP1093 running on Zedboard

Hi,

I'm trying to implement the XAPP1093 on Zedboard. However, I'm facing some problems. One of them is that I'm not seeing anything coming from the Microblaze through UART.

I have a RS232 PMOD from Maxim where I routed it to Microblaze to check if the processor is working, but I also didn't receive nothing.

I already checked several times the addresses from both processors and everything seems to be ok.

Does anybody tried to implement the XAPP1093 on Zedboard? If yes, is there a special trick to put the design to work?

You may know this, but XAPP1093 targets the ZC702 eval board. You will need to target the ZedBoard and rebuild the project and boot files.

That said, could you tell us what version ZedBoard you are using (Rev C or Rev D) as well as the version of Xilinx tools you are using and the host OS you are running them under on your PC.

Yes, I know that XAPP1093 targets the ZC702. I'm trying to implement the design on Zedboard based on the document and the project files. Only the ARM works well.

I'm using Zedboard Rev C with ISE Design Suite 14.5. I also tried with Vivado 2014.2. My OS is Windows 7 Professional SP1.
