Upgrading 2013.4 HDMI reference Design to 2014.4

Hi all,

I am having trouble upgrading the barebones HDMI reference design for the ZedBoard on 2013.4 to Vivado 2014.4. Has anyone tried this before and can help?

I did kind of what HockeyMan is saying. I built in 2013.4 from scripts upgraded to 2014.2 and built it there and then upgraded to 2014.4 and it worked. Going straight to 2014.4 worked but had no video this way HDMI is also working. Thanks for the help! Also, no manual changes were necessary.
