Install OLED module drivers on Linux

Hi everybody.

I am using Zedboard coupled with a FMCOMMS1 board working on the Linaro OS provided by Analog Devices. Unfortunately on this OS image, the OLED isn't implemented.
I checked also with the original test Linux image of Zedboard and the scripts are working perfectly.
Unfortunately, I looked all over the internet and I didn't find an answer to this problem yet.

I'm using the next reference files from Digilent Github :
https://github.com/Digilent/linux-digilent/tree/master/drivers/pmods
But I don't know how to install the drivers and make it work with Linux.

Does someone have an idea ?

Did you already check the source for the ZedBoard out-of-box image?

I already used the ZedBoard image. Everything was working ok (the OLED launching at the beginning with Digilent logo) and I tried to understand with no success how the OLED driver is working.

This is the content of the script load_oled.sh :

#!/bin/sh
insmod /lib/modules/`uname -r`/pmodoled-gpio.ko;

if [ -c /dev/zed_oled ]; then
cat /root/logo.bin > /dev/zed_oled;
fi;

I downloaded the logo.bin from the Zedboard original image, but I don't know what to know with the rest of the code located here : https://github.com/Digilent/linux-digilent/tree/master/drivers/pmods
I want to continue the research on it before contacting Digilent support.
I will post if I've any news.
