Ubuntu 12.04 to 14.04

Is it possible to upgrade the Xillinux to the ubuntu 14.04, because the version I am using is the ubuntu 12.04.
When I try to upgrade it is show: "No new release found"

It is because I wants to connect my zedboard with a dongle wifi, and it isn't working. The drivers are installed, but it is not working. Can someone help me?

    OK, now we have something to work with.

    First of all, something is seriously wrong with the Xillybus IP core on your system. If you know why this is (changed clock frequencies, AXI bus topology etc), fine, but if not, there's something fishy going on, and it's worth attention.

    Now to the Wifi dongle: It seems like it loaded OK. Could you please supply the output of the following commands?

    ifconfig
    iw list
    iw reg get
