JX3 Connector Pins Pulling Away From PCB

Question

I have two UltraZed boards where the JX3 connector pins have separated from the pcb board and have pulled up the solder pads. I would like to do an RMA either to repair or replace the boards. Larry Wilson 512-567-3758

Did you receive the SOMs with the JX3 pins separated from the PCB? The boards are supposed to have been boot tested before shipping, so this is an unusual failure. Please contact your nearest Avnet office to start the RMA process:
