A good auto repair shop is hard to find. And the good ones are busy for good reason. They are too busy notify you of status. Let's automate the notifications.
My auto repair shop puts your keys and work order into a plastic sleeve. We can add an RFID Tag to the pouch. We organize the board per status of the vehicle: Diagnostics, Waiting on Parts, Ready for Pick up , etc.
When the work order pouch is hung on the peg under a column on the board, the Azsphere uses the RFID click to read the tag. The customer gets an email and SMS on the new status of their vehicle. Since our shop loves their customers, they will still give them a personal call as soon as they can.
This will save the auto repair shop time and help customers stay informed on the status of their vehicle repair.
