This morning, I woke up to a bricked device; not sure what happened - everything worked fine as of last night. Is there a process/protocol to get a replacement component?
dbj1906 try to connect the USB micro cable to a know working power supply to eliminate other issues like a bad USB port. Also try different cable. My cable came really kinked up and may have issues later on (broken wire!).
