So, I am having issues with logging into my board now.
I had previously loaded it with some example code to blink the LED, and I'm not sure if that is related.
I think that I created my Azure account with the following email: mx372@outlook.com
I recently received an email from Microsoft Azure telling me that me free credit has expired, so I'm almost 100% positive my Azure account is under this email, however, when I log into this account and I go to "Devices" in the directory navigation pane under "Home", I get this error:
Prior to this, when I was attempting to create a tenant under this account (by running the command "azsphere tenant create --name MX372") and log in, I got this error:
I am able to log into my Azure account in my browser but I get that first error. How do I find out what account my device is registered under (and which tenant)? My understanding is that due to the nature of the security features of the Sphere device, it can only be claimed once (which I did, but unfortunately I either didn't record any of the account info, or if I did, it did not get recovered when I had to reinstall my Win 10 OS on my laptop.
I can log into the board using this account, but I get a yellow warning: "No Azure Sphere tenants found under the selected AAD user". This leads me to believe that I might have created a new account and claimed it under said account, but for the life of me I can't figure out what the account information possibly is if I did, therefore I'm stuck. I can't seem to create a tenant to claim the board under this (mx372@outlook.com) account, which if it was already claimed under this account, a tenant should show up to select, correct?
Bottom line here is that I don't have my original account info recorded anywhere so I'm going by memory, and now I can't seem to do anything with this board due to account authentication issues. What is the next step?
