The module pinouts are detailed in Appendix-A of the Starter Kit Hardware User Guide document

The module pinouts are also detailed on page 14 and 15 of the module Datasheet and User Manual

(Located under the Technical Documents tab, of the Azure Sphere Module product page)

The module pads and the corresponding MT3620 device pins are tabled in both documents
