Hi there, unfortunately I would not have knowledge about why any particular company in India might not qualify if you've added something for the GST number. I would recommend contacting support at element14 India for clarity on this.
Sorry for the delayed response, it was a holiday in the USA yesterday, so I am catching up on responses now.
We believe we have resolved the GST number issue, and we believe that all members from India can now order their free kits while stock is still available. Can you please make another attempt to order? If your voucher code appears to be expired please let me know.
