Contest registration gap

Hi,

I noticed today a gap in my device pings on the 20/08/2019, even if I have received the confirmation email on that date. The ping time was around the same time as usual, so can't be the time zone difference. Is it any way of checking the ping other than the map?

Hi Andrei, we will certainly be able to check to confirm whether you have connected to the contest server on that date once we pull our report of all connections.

We have just extended the due date for Phase 1, so you have until October 27 2019 to complete your 15 consecutive days of connections, and we also understand that there can be technical issues or person reasons why a day or two might be missed at some points. So please be sure to make 15 successful days of connections, and if you've made the good faith effort to make those as continuous as possible you will have completed your Phase 1 requirement!
