No Response when I checking out

Did anyone encounter the same problem no response when you checking out in Newark? Everything on the website is fine except no response when you checking out. I am very insecure and uncomfortable using this website to finish the payment like throwing my info into an Internet black hole. I wonder if anyone had succeed your transaction. Could anyone please tell me if this is normal?

    Hi there, I have not heard about this issue regarding Newark USA, and we have now nearly given away all of the US stock of kits there. Can you contact customer support about this issue?

    Daniel, it looks like they've fixed the issue.  The site is running very smoothly now and I was able to finish the process very quickly.  Thanks!
