Hello, I'm from India and not able to get the free starter kit offer. Even though I received the voucher code, it doesn't seem to work. While ordering, it's not accepting the voucher code. Regards

Hi Daniel, unfortunately the stock of free kits for Europe and USA has now been claimed, and the vouchers have been turned off. It will not be feasible to add further kits in Europe and USA, so they are only still available in the Asia / Pacific region in certain countries.

Hi there, can you direct message me with a description of the problem? When you enter the voucher code, does it give you a red error message?
