Chrisliu Sorry you're having issues connecting the avnet_sk_demo app to your IoTCentral Application. It looks like you may have a couple issues going on . . .

Let's make sure your internet connection is not blocking any ports that Azure Sphere requires. There's a long list of ports that are required. Microsoft has done a good job of documenting all the network requirements here. They have also created a PC app and an Azure Sphere app that actively verifies that all the required endpoints are reachable.

Clone the azure-sphere-gallery repo

git clone https://github.com/Azure/azure-sphere-gallery.git

Open the OSNetworkRequirementChecker-HLApp project

Run the application in Visual Studio 2019 and review the debug output

If your network test fails, try a different network like the hotspot on your mobile device

If the network is good, then it's either the IoTCentral configuration or your app_manifest.json file is not correct

Verify the IoTCentral configuration (starting on page #8), make sure you did not miss a step

If that's all good, re-run the ShowIoTCentralConfig utility (starting on page 13) and make sure your updated app_manifest.json file has all the additions detailed at the bottom of page 16
