I am trying to make balanced lipo charger. But the problem is that, I can not get accurate reading of battery cell while charging. I have made couple of mesurings.
while charging :

I know that cells must not be over 4.2 volts, but that s just for testing.

Can i just stop charging when i have to mesure the voltages of cell or it kills the lipo fast? Or there is a clever way to calculate the real voltages of the cells?
