Bluetooth embedded module

Can anyone suggest a Bluetooth module that incorporates a micro-controller which has open/time-unlimited development software?

The TI modules with an 8051 micro-controller have a 30-day time limit on the IAR development software after which, you have to purchase an expensive license!
