I am able to offer the following service(s) to the UK market - Conventional circuits from Gerber data ,GC-Prevue work files and Eagle (.brd) files.- The PCB may be up to 160mm x 100mm (if PCB exceeds these dimensions please contact to discuss options).
- Material - FR4-resin bonded glass fibre or CEM2-resin bonded paper.
- Single and Double sided circuit (design is viewed through the board) .- PLEASE ENSURE LAYERS ARE IN THE CORRECT ORIENTATION.
- Solder Resist layer(s) - Green Photo-Imageable.
- Legend/notation layer – if required – currently Black only.
- Up to five drill sizes from - (0.8mm,1.00mm,1.60mm,2.80mm & 3.20mm) and up to 200 holes unless otherwise discussed.
- Minimum track 0.008” - track to track/pad clearance 0.008” - Track/Pad to board profile clearance 0.025”
- Simple outline with appropriate profile information (outlines and/or drawing).
