Does any one have a preference for a manufacturer when dealing with how they manage layer mapping? Do you put your layer mapping in a text file? Does your manufacturer know the layer mapping based on how you name your gerber files? What is the best method you have found or manufacturer to work with that reduces order holds, multiple calls or emails, or errors with the board? Any advice is appreciated!
