Hi,
I have never designed a PCB to professional production( I have used protoboard before though.)
I am working on making a ATTiny 85 for driving 3 rings of multiple LEDs on a santa hat..
I have a LM1117 Voltage Regulator, 10uF and 100uF caps for filtering, power switch, 3 transistors to drive the led rings. Two 10k pull down resistors, and a tact. switch to change modes.
I attempted to do some work in Eagle and wanted to know what I need to change, and how you recommend I change the design. I am not really comfortable with SMD work as I have not done much. I got the SMD voltage regulator b/c it had larger pads, a low profile, and I need to start learning anyway. Also, can someone tell me how to get a hole in the board to solder wires into?
The workings of the board seems self explanatory ask if you need to know anything. I would also like to mention I am 14. Normal teenage stuff huh?
My Profile picture shows to original design, crude, and built in a hour at 11 P.M. I think it is due for an upgrade.
Thanks,
Austin
