I am trying to design a custom component in Eagle.
It is a through-hole device, and the recommended footprint on the datasheet has holes that are 0.92 +/- 0.08mm in diameter. So, I know that I should make them a hair over 1mm. But, I also know that the plating on through holes makes the holes a little smaller. So, my question is, what size drill do I specify?
