TI component cost

Hi,

 

   I wanted to know if the following components from Texas Instruments are available with you and the cost of each. These elements are mentioned on Page 5 of the following document -

1.     SmartRF05 Evaluation Board          -     1 No.

2.     CC2530EM                                   -     1 No.

3.     Antenna                                        -     1 No

4.     CC2531 USB Dongle                      -     2 Nos.

 

   Also, can you let me know the cost of following -

1.    CC Debugger from Texas Instruments     -     1 No. 

       (Debugger and Programmer for RF System-on-Chips - CC-DEBUGGER - TI Software Folder)
