Hello for All

Im working here for an project and I need to buy 

mmWave SDR with specification as below
Radio front end:
4-channel fully-digital transceiver board
Operating frequency: 57-64 GHz band
Bandwidth: ~2GHz
1X4 ULA Array Antennas at the TX and RX side
•Xilinx Zynq® UltraScale+Tm RFSoC ZCU111 Evaluation Kit
•Installation and training included
•Warranty: 1 year
Please let me know any one where I can order or who can support for order for this equipment because manufacturer does not accept to sell outside USA
We can accept any mmWave  that can meet specification or is equivalent

    This looks like an attempt to find a way round US export regulations which are designed to stop certain high tech stuff getting into the wrong hands.

    You have no history on E14 so I think you would need to explain a great deal more about who you are and what you want it for before anyone will help you.

    No im not attempting to find a way round US export regulations but I have contact the seller and they don't reply even I have told them that we will follow all rules for Export license

    The project is for university of Prishtina, we are working on it and we have the contract that end user will be university. I am ready to follow all possible rules for export

    Are you sure it's even a product? It sounds like multiple products that you're asking to work together in a solution that will be supported and training provided. Ordinarily as far as I understand a distributor wouldn't do that (they wouldn't even have all the parts for the solution), it would be a firm of some sort like a system integrator.

    I have contact them and they send this information 

    The hardware we sell is subject to export control restrictions. Therefore, we are only able to sell to a US University (R1).

    The purchase order needs to come from this R1 university, and we are legally allowed to ship the product to this university within the US. Once the hardware reaches the University, it is their responsibility to handle all export control issues in full accordance with all applicable laws. The Universities typically have personnel intimately familiar with export-control laws, so it is their responsibility to ensure that any research collaborations they might have with non-US entities takes place with full compliance with the law.

    I don't wish to be discouraging but I think the ask is pretty big. I trust our community can provide some encouragement and maybe a lead.

    I have been following some of the development in SDR technology. It is a roller-coaster ride of requirements, specifications and deliverables. Then there is the knowledge and support aspect when it is built.

    If you are new to the site, welcome. The website at one point let us view profile details. Requests for specific solutions have been made by students looking for a short cut. Looking at a profile could give us some insight into those requests. How questions are presented can trigger false positives on filtering what is provided.

    The details you provided in later posts, helped with determining a response. There are some pretty knowledgeable SDR folks here. I consider a person knowledgeable if they are building from scratch SDR technology. Those people exist in this community. No I am not one of them:) 

    I did recognize the PI-RADIO V1 SDR. The PI in front piqued my interest in that is it associated with a Raspberry Pi.

    I have contact Avnet but they don't sell this device outside USA. maybe they have one that is equivalent

    If anyone can help to find this device, or to order from the manufacturer and than to forward to us  following all legal procedures including export license or some one who can build from the scratch please contact us

    I mean that's a board designed by avnet, if they're not going to send it to you, then it sounds like it's not legitimate to send it to you.

    I believe this conversation has basically done its course and there's nothing more to add. I'll lock it for now.
