You're in a global component shortage, if it is really 5 weeks lead time and you really need it, then it makes no sense to not purchase that immediately ! : )
Some things have more than a year lead time. 5 weeks is pretty good, if indeed that is the case.
Avnet manufacture them, so you're unlikely to find another supplier who stocks them; it's a very specialist item, resellers are not going to be keeping stock of them; at least that seems unlikely.
