I regularly hand build my project boards using proto board with a 0.1 inch (2.54mm) pin spacing.
I am looking for a suitable SIL socket similar to http://uk.farnell.com/harwin/d01-9972042/socket-sil-20way/dp/1023034, that will mate with a SIL header similar to M20-9992046 - HARWIN - Board-To-Board Connector, M20 Series, Through Hole, Header, 20, 2.54 mm, Tin | Farnell element14.
The problem I have is that I cannot find any SIL socket of the type above that will accept the SIL header, as the socket is to small for the header PIN. And I need SIL socket strips that I can cut to size.
Can anyone suggest a suitable SIL socket from Farnell?
