i had gotten a cloudpet too play with and wanted too know if there was any one out there that had experemented with the board and tracked the pinouts on the board.

here are the pdf sights i found for two of the chips on it but dont know too much more then that yet i need too set up ither a usb to comport adapter or a arduino as one and see if i can figure out how that thing works and if i can reprogram the thing for one thing or a nother. any ways here are the links too the two chips i had looked up there are some definate test pin sets going too both of those chips the one for the 25L8006E is 4 pins quite possibly usb though need too unsolder the board and check that then there is one bank of 8 test pin holes on one side of the blue tooth controller chip cc2541 and then a nother 10 test pin holes on the other side.

any hoo with out any further chatter here are both of the links i found with reguards too those chips.

here is the second chips information as well

any information would be appriceated.

    Hi Lonny,

The CC2541 contains the microcontroller but it isn't easy to program because it needs a special programmer, a USB to serial won't do, and furthermore the wireless example software is fairly large and won't compile with a free compiler without some work (it was targetted to compile using a paid-for compiler, IAR, which is pricey for the large code size variant although a 30-day eval may be available).

However, some may have access to the compiler and programmer so I wouldn't be surprised if people came out with new firmware for it at some stage.
