MULTICOMP  1N4006+  Standard Power Diode

I have query about the parameter "Maximum Forward Voltage at 1 A"

Webpage shows 1v for 2675795  and .98V for 9565043 .

But datasheet shows 1.1V

The data sheet shown in webpage for 9565043 and 2675795 is same . Datasheet shows the parameter "Maximum Forward Voltage at 1 A" for 1N4006.

But datasheet doesnt show parameters for 1N4006+.

please clarify.

  • No offense to Farnell intended but the Multicomp range of parts is the equivalent of supermarket own brands. Perfectly OK for everyday use but if you need tightly specced parts with good data sheets and continuity of supply then consider the branded parts that Farnell also carry at slightly higher prices.

     

    Also, consider that the forward voltage of a rectifier diode at the full rated current will be much affected by the ambient temperature and how well the heat can get away.
