PIC18F87K90 Plug In Module
Processor Plug-In Modules are small circuit boards to be used with the various Microchip Development Boards to evaluate various MCU families. These plug into the main processor socket of the Development Boards so that different microcontrollers can be used for prototyping, demonstration or development quickly and easily.
The PIC18F87K90/67K90 Processor Plug-in Module (MA180027) is an accessory to the PICDEM™ LCD 2 Demo Board (DM163030) that allows users to easily experiment with the PIC18F87K90/86K90/85K90/67K90/66K90/65K90 on the demo board. The PIM goes on the 80-pin socket on the PICDEM LCD 2 Demo Board and changes the output of the voltage regulator on the board to the proper voltage level for these parts. This enables users to quickly evaluate the new PIC18FK LCD Flash devices without having to buy a completely new demo board. The Plug-In Module includes a 80-pin PIC18F87K90 MCU sample.
This PIM can be used to evaluate the following MCUs - PIC18F87K90, PIC18F86K90, PIC18F85K90, PIC18F67K90, PIC18F66K90, PIC18F65K90.
