Demo Board for LTC2281 - Dual 10-Bit, 125Msps Low Power 3V ADC (70MHz - 140MHz)
Demonstration circuit 1098 supports a family of 10/12/14-BIT 125 MSPS ADCs. Each assembly features one member of this family of high speed, high dynamic range ADCs.
Depending on the required resolution, sample rate and input frequency, the DC1098 is supplied with the appropriate A/D and with an optimized input circuit. The circuitry on the analog inputs is optimized for analog input frequencies below 70 MHz or from 70 MHz to 140MHz.
The LTC2281 is a 10-bit 125Msps, low power dual 3V A/D converter designed for digitizing high frequency, wide dynamic range signals. The LTC2281 is perfect for demanding imaging and communications applications with AC performance that includes 61.6dB SNR and 82dB SFDR for signals at the Nyquist frequency. Typical DC specs include ±0.1LSB INL, ±0.1LSB DNL. The transition noise is a low 0.08LSBRMS.
