SOM-PH8800 is a high performance SOM based on TI leading ARM A9 MPU AM437X ,which offers high computing performance, advanced display and 3D graphic ,Quad PRU-ICSS for industrial protocol and etc. The SOM is targeting for high comprehensive industrial applications like: Connected Industrial Drivers, Industrial Automation ,Point of Sales ,Test and Equipment. It can be evaluated and developed in EVK-PH8800.

SOM-PH8800 is the CPU module of PH180-EVK evaluation kit. It integrated TI's AM4378 processor and peripheral memory and can be connected to an expansion board through PH180 interface. SOM-PH8800 is compatible with the whole family of AM437x processors including AM4376, AM4377, AM4378 and AM4379, making it possible to realize different configurations by changing processors. SOM-PH8800 is connected to expansion boards through PH180 interface defined by Embest to provide power and function as a bridge to the connector and expansion I/Os on expansion boards.
