I did something similar for the PSoC5 design challenge a couple of years ago: http://www.hendriklipka.de/hardware/admscope.html
It's not as sophisticates in terms of configuration or user interface, but handles 2 analog channels together with 8 digital channels on a single screen, up to 1MHz sample rate, and also does configurable triggering (for analog and digital inputs). Due to the lack of a DevKit I never got around upgrading it to PSoC5LP 
I know about the replacement program. But paying shipping, local taxes and Fedex fees for handling (because they will do the taxes) amounts to nearly as much as the new kit would cost on its own
