Hello,

Does anyone acknowledge the electric circuit below or recognize the protocol type which usually make use of the 48 pin connector ?

Yes.
It is a twisted pair physical interface for Ethernet.
Check the manufacturer and part number of the black isolation transformer to find out its configuration.

This is just an Ethernet breakout, with the necessary isolation transformer. So the protocol is 'ethernet'. You can trace the wires from the Ethernet jack to the transformer, and from there to the connector (I think then transformers are connected 1:1).
